Brand
The brands people obsess over aren’t bought — they’re joined. Self-expression, aspiration, belonging. We start with the audit — brand, ops, and culture simultaneously — because they don’t separate. Ops
Every business problem is a problem of people, math, or culture — usually more than one. The Ops practice names which and does something about it. Assess articulates what’s wrong. Transform restructures around a new direction. Grow builds the infrastructure for what’s next. Most engagements touch more than one.
Commerce
Commerce advisory rooted in operator experience. From zero to shelf, and zero to scale. The work starts with the audience — finding communities before they’re legible to the market, building products that earn devotion. Audience strategy, product development, DTC and CPG, distribution, and creator commerce.

These practices are distinct but not siloed. The work almost always touches all three.

So we start with an audit. Not because process matters for its own sake, but because you can’t fix what you haven’t found. Brand, ops, leadership, market. We find where the belief breaks down, where alignment is missing, where the story and the operation have come apart.

Almost every business problem is solvable. Companies run out of will, or people, or capital, or gumption — sometimes all four at once. The audit finds which one. That distinction matters because each has a different solution and a very different cost.
