So we start with an audit. Not because process matters for its own sake, but because you can’t fix what you haven’t found. Brand, ops, leadership, market. We find where the belief breaks down, where alignment is missing, where the story and the operation have come apart.
Almost every business problem is solvable. Companies run out of will, or people, or capital, or gumption — sometimes all four at once. The audit finds which one. That distinction matters because each has a different solution and a very different cost.
